Our conditions
Our booking price per night is based on 2 persons per room, unless stated otherwise.
All prices are exclusive of breakfast, including use of the Wellness, excluding tourist tax and municipal levies, unless stated otherwise in the package or offer.
Check in from 3 pm. Check out before 10.30 am (earlier check-in or later check-out possible in consultation).
B&B Heerenveen Centrum reserves the right to change the room rates at any time.
Pets are not allowed!
Smoking is not allowed in the entire indoor area. Only in the outside in the garden!

Complaints:
The other party is obliged to report complaints about the delivered performance to the Company immediately after discovery, but at the latest within 48 hours, so that the Company is able to resolve the complaints. Complaints must then be confirmed in writing by the other party to the Company within 7 days.
2.Other complaints with regard to the execution of the agreement must also be reported to the Company in writing immediately after discovery - but no later than 14 days after delivery of the goods or the performance.
3. If a complaint is not reported to the Company within the periods stated in the previous paragraphs, the goods are deemed to have been received in good condition and the performance is deemed to comply with the agreement. In that case, no appeal is possible on the applicable shelf life or the agreed guarantee.
